A Southern California man who worked as a school proctor was arrested for allegedly contacting minors to obtain child sexual abuse material.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department identified the man as Dylan Patrick Beckham, 22, of Victorville.
The investigation began on May 26, after authorities received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) over a reported upload of child sexual abuse material.
Following an investigation, Beckham was identified as the suspect. At the time, Beckham was employed as a proctor at Village STEAM School in Victorville.

Detectives also reportedly found evidence that Beckham had recorded lewd images of himself while he was on school property.
He is accused of using social media platforms to contact minors for child sexual abuse material. He communicated with young victims under the usernames “lucidblue17” and “voidhubb.”
Beckham was arrested in late June for possession of child sexual abuse material and lewd acts in a public place. He remains in custody at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto without bail.
Staff at Victor Elementary School District were notified of the investigation and are cooperating with the sheriff’s department.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims who have yet to come forward.
