The second annual Long Beach Tattoo Festival has arrived– with hundreds of tattoo artists and enthusiasts ready to admire and acquire new body art this weekend.
The three-day festival began on Friday, July 10, and will run until Sunday, July 12, at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.
Tattoo artists, ranging from international icons to rising local talent, will be under one roof for visitors to explore. People not only get the chance to be tattooed by some of the best in the industry but also experience live entertainment, art exhibitions, tattoo contests, an expansive vendor selection and more.

The Long Beach Tattoo Festival is organized by Villain Arts, which was founded in 1999 by Troy Timpel and hosts more than 30 shows across the United States each year. It also creates spaces where world-class artists, collectors and fans come together to celebrate the art of tattooing, according to its website.
Whether you’re an artist, a collector or simply curious, the Long Beach Tattoo Festival is an event worth checking out, organizers said.
Tickets for the festival are $25, and admission is free for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased at the show or at villainarts.com.
