2026 Candidate Interview: Kelly Garrett for State Representative District 18

Farmington, Farmington Hills, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, and Southfield, MI  – In the race for State Representative of the 18th District, there are two candidates on the ballot in the Republican Primary on Aug. 4 – Ryan Foster and Ronald Ulmer-Paul. The winner of the primary will likely go on to face Democrat Kelly Garrett in the Nov. 3 election.  Garrett is unopposed in the primary.

The position has a two-year term

The 18th District includes Farmington, Farmington Hills, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, and Southfield.
