2026 Candidate Interview: DC Anderson for State Senate District 13

Oakland County , MI – In the race for State Senator of District 13, there are three candidates in the Democratic Primary on Aug. 4 – DC Anderson, Sean Carlson, and Cecil George. The winner of the Democratic primary is anticipated to face Republican Ryan Berman in the Nov 3 election. Berman is unopposed in the primary.

The position has a four-year term

The 13th District includes Novi, South Lyon, Northville, Walled Lake, Wixom, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake, Orchard Lake, Commerce Township, West Bloomfield Township, Novi Township, Lyon Township, Milford Township, and parts of Northville, Plymouth, and Farmington Hills.
