Two people suffered life-threatening injuries and nine people were hurt after a multi-car crash that ended outside an Audi dealership in San Francisco on Sunday night.
Police said the crash happened around 8 p.m. after officers spotted a car carrying five people driving erratically near Dolores Park.
According to police, when officers tried to stop the vehicle, the driver sped away.
The suspect’s car eventually crashed into another vehicle outside the Audi dealership at 14th Street and Van Ness Avenue. That vehicle then struck the dealership’s showroom windows.
Police said the suspect’s car also hit a fire hydrant.
In total, nine people were injured. Three were taken to the hospital, including two with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the suspect vehicle was detained along with the other four occupants.
