If you missed this one, Goldenvoice just announced a brand-new music festival coming to Santa Monica this September, and honestly… the lineup is kind of stacked.
It’s called Ocean Way Festival, it’ll take over the beach near the Santa Monica Pier, and some big names include The Killers, Olivia Dean, Jack White and Sublime to name a few.
What’s really exciting for LA is that it’s actually the first time Goldenvoice has brought a festival like this to Santa Monica, and they’re hoping it becomes a new annual tradition.
I immediately thought of Olivia Dean because we’ve been talking about how she’s having such a huge year already with her tour… and now she’s one of the headliners of this brand-new festival.
I feel like LA is getting another really cool music event to add to the calendar, and having it right on the beach just makes it feel like the perfect end-of-summer weekend.
Ocean Way Festival will be the weekend of September 26th and tickets go on sale Thursday at 11am.
