Anaheim Office Building Near Angel Stadium Sells For $11.7M

A 49,700-square-foot Platinum Triangle office building across the street from Angel Stadium has sold for $11.75 million.

A local owner-user bought the three-story building at Axis, an office campus at 2190 Towne Center Place, from ParkTerra and JEN Partners.

Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson from CBRE represented the sellers in the deal.

The building is part of the Axis campus, which ParkTerra and JEN Partners acquired for $62.4 million from Goldman Sachs Group and Pendulum Property Partners in 2025.

ParkTerra and JEN Partners still own the rest of the office campus.
