A 50-year-old rap artist and producer with a previous felony conviction was charged Monday with sexually assaulting a girl in Anaheim while facing a stalking charge.
Eldonta Khalep Dunbarmcfadden was charged with a count of oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger, two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14, and a count of dissuading a witness from testifying, all felonies. He was also accused of committing a crime while out on bail in a separate case.
The defendant is accused of attacking the girl Feb. 17, 2024, according to court records.
Dunbarmcfadden is the founder of Platinum Untouchable Records.
Details of the allegations were not available as police and prosecutors did not immediately respond to messages. The defendant’s attorney, Christian Jensen, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Dunbarmcfadden was previously charged with stalking with a prior felony conviction and criminal threats, both felonies, as well as misdemeanor counts of using electronic tracking devices and disobeying restraining orders.
Those charges stem from a breakup with a girlfriend in October 2021, prosecutors said in court papers. The woman got a restraining order against him after he “tried drilling the locks to their apartment that he had moved out of a week prior,” prosecutors said.
The defendant “repeatedly contacted” her from November 21, 2021, through June 3, 2022, prosecutors said. The woman said she found a tracker on her vehicle and took it to police, prosecutors said.
The woman said he would continue to track her and contact her despite a restraining order, prosecutors alleged.
