A woman was killed in an alleged hit-and-run in South Sacramento early Wednesday morning.
The California Highway Patrol said a vehicle traveling northbound on Burdett Way hit the woman while making a left turn onto Houston Way. After hitting the woman, the vehicle left the scene.
CHP said the suspect vehicle appears to be a 2016-2018 Nissan Altima. An investigation is ongoing.
