The names of 32 celebrities and entertainment dignitaries will be added the famed Walk of Fame in Hollywood, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced Thursday.
The Class of 2027 was unveiled during a news conference on Thursday at Funko Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard to include those from six different categories: motion picture, television, live performance, recording, sports entertainment and radio.
Notable highlights
Pedro Pascal becomes one of the latest television stars to receive the honor.
Karol G joins the Walk following a breakout period as one of Latin music’s biggest global artists.
Elle and Dakota Fanning will become the first sisters to receive a joint Walk of Fame star.
Recipients have up to two years from their selection to schedule their star ceremonies, so the unveilings will occur throughout 2027 and into 2028. Ceremony dates are typically announced about 10 days in advance by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

The Walk of Fame Selection Committee chose the recipients from hundreds of nominations, and the selections were ratified Wednesday by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, organizers said.
Dates for the star ceremonies have not yet been announced.
Recipients have two years to schedule their ceremonies before their selections expire.
