Mistah F.A.B., whose legal name is Stanley Cox, was charged by the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office with two misdemeanor counts of possessing dangerous fireworks without a permit and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property, according to a San Francisco Chronicle report.
The probe into the rapper appeared to begin after he posted on social media for the Fourth of July, featuring himself with several boxes of fireworks, according to NBC News.
