Investigators are looking for more possible victims after an Apple Valley caretaker was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault, authorities said Saturday.

Howard Parker, 55, was taken into custody in the 10000 block of Crow Road at around 5 p.m. Thursday following reports of abuse, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Detectives say Parker is accused of sexually assaulting an adult with cognitive disabilities, whom Parker was working for as an in-home caretaker.

Parker was booked on multiple charges, including rape and elder abuse, the sheriff’s department said. He was being held on a $80,000 bail.
