BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The northbound Highway 99 to westbound Highway 58 is expected to be closed for four hours after a crash on the flyover Monday morning.
The CHP’s website said on Monday, July 27, 2026, at around 10:13 a.m., it was reported that the Bakersfield Police Department requested the transition between NB Highway 99 and WB Highway 58 for a crash on the parkway.
Bakersfield Police confirmed on X that both the interchange and the Ming Avenue entrance to the northbound Highway 99 due to a major traffic accident.
The CHP’s website said the closure will be for four hours.
Expect delays and use alternate routes.
