A man was hospitalized Monday after he was shot in Hollywood.
The shooting occurred at about 2:15 a.m. on Hollywood Boulevard at Ivar Avenue, a Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman told City News Service.

Two male suspects approached the victim, fired shots at him and fled, she said.
The man was taken to a hospital by ambulance where he had stable vital signs, the spokeswoman said.
