OaklandBoats from several Bay Area fire departments took part in a ceremony Monday morning as the former Oakland fire boat “Sea Wolf” left Fire Station 2 for the final time en route to a new home in Stockton. Firefighting vessels from San Francisco, Alameda, South San Francisco, and Oakland used water canons to salute the decommissioned boat as it headed for private use. The Sea Wolf arrived in Oakland on Sept. 2, 1994, and was removed from service in 2003.
