Better Business Bureau announced the 20 Central California company finalists for their 2026 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics on July 27, 2026. BBB is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening marketplace ethics and recognizing trustworthy companies.
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is one of the highest accolades the organization grants businesses and is meant to emphasize outstanding ethics.
Finalists earned their position by submitting a comprehensive application and completing an in-person interview where they proved their commitment to ethics and trust in four categories: Character, Culture, Customers and Community.
Finalists fell into either of the six categories based on the number of employees their business had and included the following companies.
Category 1: 1-5 employees

JC Transport Refrigeration
Category 2: 6-15 employees
Miles, Sears & Eanni
In the Light Urns

Category 3: 16-30 employees

Hansen’s Moving & Storage Inc.
