North of the River releases their Fall and Winter Funbook

Bakersfield, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — We may be in the middle of summer, but North of the River Recreation and Parks District is getting ready for the next season.

The Fall and Winter Funbook has just been released, with plenty of events happening in the coming months.
