Water main break affecting some Alameda residents – NBC Bay Area

An emergency water main repair disrupted water service for some Alameda residents Friday morning.

According to East Bay Municipal Utility District, water service has been interrupted on Pacific Avenue while crews make emergency repairs.

The repair work has also closed Webster Street between Buena Vista Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.

EBMUD estimates water service will be restored by 4 p.m. Friday.
