I’m sure all have noticed (by the recent extended waiting at a red light), the impaired traffic flow along Los Angeles Avenue since the repaving started. Whoever calibrated the traffic lights—Caltrans or others—has made a gross miscalculation on the timing as every light from Moorpark Avenue west has been changed to not allow the traffic to flow freely.
When the Moorpark Avenue light is green to westbound traffic, the one at Park Lane also turns green to eastbound drivers, which makes a left turn into the Ralphs center a long wait. And plan on a red light at all points up to and including Tierra Rejada.
Please return the calibration to what it was prior to the paving! Thomas Filip (an exasperated driver) Moorpark
