FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A person was sent to the hospital after a shooting occurred on Saturday night.
Fresno Police officers responded to the area of South Hazelwood and East Butler Avenue after reports of 20 to 30 shots fired before midnight.
When officers arrived, they found two vehicles that were struck with gunfire and several shell casings.
A man in his early 20’s was also found to be suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and reported to be in stable condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
