“E-bikes and e-motorcycles are now the number one reason Orange County children end up in the emergency room,” Spitzer said in a statement. “This is a serious public health crisis, and we are doing everything we can to reduce injuries and save lives.”
“If parents refuse to hold their children accountable, then the Orange County District Attorney’s Office will hold parents accountable when they endanger the lives of their children and the lives of everyone on the road,” Spitzer said.
