BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Roadway reopened on northbound Highway 99 in Earlimart after a solo-vehicle crash left at least one person with severe injuries.
The CHP’s website said on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at around 8:40 a.m., there was a report of a vehicle rollover crash on northbound Highway 99, north of Avenue 48.
The website said the driver was pinned with major injuries.
It is unknown if anyone else was hurt in the crash.
The roadway was reopened just before 10 a.m.
