Homicide detectives on Thursday continued to investigate a death at a Fresno home.

Police provided few details, but detectives went to the scene Wednesday in the 5700 block of East Grove Avenue, near Church and Clovis avenues.

Police initially confirmed that a vehicle was towed from the location. Later Thursday, police said that the investigation was ongoing, but details of what led up to the homicide were not available.

A local family, meanwhile, has identified the victim on GoFundMe as 29-year-old Alison Riley. She was also known as Tatyana by family and friends.

In the fundraising post, family said Riley went missing at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, and that she was visiting her two youngest children when family lost contact.

Family said she was the mother to seven children.

“We are still seeking answers and justice. … Anything is greatly appreciated in this time in need. Thank you,” the family wrote.
