A Silver Alert has been issued for a 65-year-old San Francisco man with dementia who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.
Jason Chen was last seen at approximately 2:17 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, near Third Street and McKinnon Avenue, according to authorities and his family. He is considered an at-risk adult and is believed to be traveling on foot.
Family members expressed extreme concern for his safety and are pleading for the public’s help in locating him.
Chen is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 167 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray-and-blue sweater over a black hoodie and blue jeans.
