Power was expected to be restored by 3 p.m. A handful of customers were without power in the Valley Center and Pala areas and in Campo, where an animal affected power lines, SDG&E said.
It was not clear if any outages were a result of the weather, although San Diego’s coast and valley communities were under a wind advisory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. amid a storm that had not yet hit the region at the time of the outages.
