Teague is a former vice president of Prudential Financial and former executive director of PGIM Real Estate, according to his LinkedIn account. He has a law degree from the New York University School of Law and also attended Princeton University. He is the founder of boutique real assets advisory firm Cabin Six Advisors.
Teague, in late July, messaged with undercover officers and used graphic, sexual language indicating his intent to engage in sexual conduct with children, according to the district attorney’s office. He asked for an in-person meeting and went to an address in San Francisco, confirming he was there to see children before walking inside and being arrested by San Francisco sheriff’s deputies, authorities said.
