The Coronado Schools Foundation’s Annual Gala returns to the iconic Hotel del Coronado on September 12, 2026 with “The Golden Gala,” presented by the Kato Family — an elegant evening celebrating education, philanthropy, and the community that makes a lasting impact on Coronado students.

Tickets are now on sale for the glamorous night including dinner, drinks and dancing. The festivities will kick off with a Champagne Reception in the Garden before guests head to the stunning Ocean Ballroom for a decadent dinner accompanied by world-class wines, exceptional entertainment, and secret surprises sprinkled throughout the evening. Inspired by old-world glamour and vintage couture, guests are invited to dress for an unforgettable evening of timeless style.

Back by popular demand is The Gala After Dark, the official CSF Gala afterparty, hosted by the Canu Family. This intimate late-night experience will have guests dancing the night away, with a speakeasy, casino tables, drinks, and a late-night snack included with ticket purchases. More secrets await those who continue the celebration after dark!

A highlight of the evening will be the Golden Auction, featuring one-of-a-kind live auction items and exclusive experiences. Every bid directly supports STEM and Arts programs for Coronado students.

All donations, sponsorships, ticket sales, and community support directly help fund vital STEM and Arts programs for Coronado students. From state-of-the-art STEM labs to award-winning art, music, and drama programs, the funds raised at this Gala will provide the opportunities every child deserves.
