“The Flood Advisory will expire at 4:15 p.m. this afternoon for a portion of central California, including the following area, Fresno. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” states the NWS Hanford CA.
The advisory is in effect until 4:15 p.m.
