The business posted on Friday on social media about a man who had stopped in while visiting Los Angeles from El Paso, Texas, and, unsure if he had remembered to tip, had mailed $50 to the restaurant weeks later.
In the letter, shared by Langer’s, Roberto José Andrade explained that he came in on May 1, but after leaving, he was only 75 percent sure he had left a tip amid the back-and-forth with friends about the bill.
