The adult was infected “from a known exposure,” health care officials said.
The infected person was at the Anaheim Packing District from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 11, Fire and Ice restaurant in Anaheim from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, BJ’s restaurant in Orange from 10 p.m. to midnight Friday, the Escape Game in Orange from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, and UCI Health’s Fountain Valley cafeteria from 10:40 a.m. to noon on Aug. 11 and Friday.
