Help with out-of-pocket costs for Emergency Medical Services. Pending City Council adoption of the FY 2026-27 Master Fee Schedule.
The Paramedic Subscription Program is a voluntary annual membership that helps Fullerton residents, households, businesses, and eligible non-resident students reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs for emergency medical services provided by the Fullerton Fire Department. It is a membership, not insurance, and it works alongside your existing health coverage.
MEMBER BENEFIT: Your membership applies a benefit equal to the City’s First Responder Fee (currently $312.26*) toward your out-of-pocket cost for the City’s emergency medical services, plus a 30% discount on any remaining balance.
LOW ANNUAL FEE: $46 per household for the full Program Year. Enroll and pay online by credit or debit card, and you will receive an email confirmation.
WHOLE HOUSEHOLD: A single household membership applies to everyone in your household at your Fullerton residence for qualifying emergency medical responses during the Program Year.
Please note that enrollment is never required to receive care; everyone receives the same emergency response regardless of membership.
The fee is $46 per household for the 2026-27 Program Year (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). The fastest way to join is online at fullertonparamedic.org, where you will receive an email confirmation right away.

You may also enroll by mail. Download the enrollment brochure (PDF), complete the tear-off voucher, and return it with a check payable to “City of Fullerton.” Please do not send cash. Mail or hand-deliver your completed voucher and payment to:
