FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Families in Fresno County can now sign up young children to receive free books in the mail each month through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The program is available to children from birth to age 5 and provides free, age-appropriate books regardless of a family’s income.
Dolly Parton founded the Imagination Library in 1995.

The Lighthouse for Children, Inc. is bringing Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to every child ages 0-5 in Fresno County to inspire a lifelong love of reading and help prepare children for the future.
