Karol G surprises patients at Children’s Hospital Oakland – NBC Bay Area

Karol G rocked two sold-out shows at Levi’s Stadium last weekend, but her swing through the Bay Area didn’t stop there.

The Latin pop star made a surprise visit to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, saying hello and bringing gifts to children being treated there, including Isabella Betancourt.

“She just made me feel so happy and made me feel so special,” Betancourt said.

Betancourt is being treated for epilepsy and said she hasn’t had a seizure in more than a year.
