An investigation is underway following a burglary in the Hollywood Hills Tuesday night.
Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the report of a burglary on the 8000 block of Laurelmont Dr. shortly before 11 p.m.
According to the LAPD, four masked men were seen entering a home. Evidence at the scene showed the men smashed a rear door to enter the residence.
The suspects ransacked the home, but it was not immediately clear what they took.
When police arrived, the suspects had already fled the scene.
The residents of the home were not present at the time of the burglary.
No arrests have been made as detectives continue looking for more evidence and reviewing security cameras in the area.
