15-year-old girl reported missing in Shafter after being picked up in van: Police

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 15-year-old girl was reported missing on Wednesday, August 26, said the Shafter Police Department.

Surabie Sosanvongsa was last seen at around 4:28 p.m. being picked up in a older model brown van in the 3300 block of Rustic Woods Lane in Shafter. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt, black shorts, and sandals.

She is described as 5’2″ tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
