BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a man accused of breaking a window at the Dollar Tree on Wible Road.

Police said on Sunday, June 28th, 2026, at about 11:38 p.m., the man allegedly shattered the window to the Dollar Tree at 2140 Wible Road.

According to police, the suspect did not go inside the store, as it appears he was deterred by the activation of the burglary alarm.

The suspect is described as a man with a thin build, wearing a black t-shirt with white lettering on the chest and the lower waist area, black long shorts, black socks, black and white tennis shoes.
