A chaotic scene unfolded in Bellflower early Monday morning after a gas station was ransacked following what appeared to be a street takeover.
Authorities responded to the 8500 Block of Artesia Boulevard at around 3 a.m.
The front door of the business was smashed as people poured in, taking items from the store.
Video showed the gas station employee heading toward the door before hiding behind the register window.
Meanwhile outside, at the intersection of Downey Avenue and Artesia Boulevard, fireworks shot out and cars did donuts on the street.
No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
