Evacuation warning issued for Hilary Fire in Palmdale – NBC Los Angeles

Firefighters are attacking a brush fire Tuesday afternoon in northern Los Angeles County.

The Hilary Fire was reported near 40th Street and Barrel Springs Road near Palmdale. It was estimated at more than 20 acres early Tuesday afternoon.

Some evacuation warnings have been issued in the area. An evacuation warning indicates residents should prepare to evacuate if an evacuation order is issued.
