The center and its free genealogy services is located at the Church of Latter Day Saints Temple on Lincoln Avenue in the Oakland hills. It is affiliated with the Temple, however its services are available to anyone who walks in, regardless of their faith or experience. Hundreds of people have used the center’s free services to trace their family history. It’s been around for 65 years.
