Video shows break-in at Joneck’s Wine Lounge & Bottle Shop in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
Joneck’s Wine Lounge & Bottle Shop in midtown Sacramento was the target of a break-in on Wednesday morning that was captured by surveillance footage.
The owner of Joneck’s shared video with KCRA 3 that shows a person breaking a window and rushing into the business. The person had a backpack on and was dressed in primarily black clothing with a hood over their head.
The Sacramento Police Department that officers responded to reports of a burglary in the 2200 block of J Street around 4:30 a.m. Another burglary took place in the same block around the same time, but at a different suite, police said.
East Village Bookshop confirmed that it was also hit by a burglary and provided surveillance footage of the break-in. (See below.)
Police said there is no suspect information at this time.
