FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The Fresno Police Department is hoping somebody can identify a man wanted for stealing more than $2,500 worth of gasoline from a Fresno gas station by siphoning fuel directly from underground tanks.
Police said the theft happened August 10th at a gas station near North Chestnut Avenue and East McKinley Avenue.
Investigators said $2,545 worth of gas was taken.

The suspect vehicle was described as a black 1986 Chevy truck — a single-cab, long-bed model with fading paint on the roof.
The suspect was described as a white adult male with glasses.
