United Way of San Diego County (UWSD) held “A Night United: Illuminating the Way,” an evening celebrating the power of collective impact and community connection on Aug. 29 at Eve, San Diego’s newest waterfront destination, offering stunning views of San Diego Bay.
The gala brought together community leaders, business partners, philanthropists, and advocates and highlighted the impact of UWSD’s programs and partnerships that address critical community needs while inspiring attendees to invest in lasting change. Funds raised through the gala will help families across San Diego County build a stronger foundation for the future. Contributions support local life-changing programs that help children develop critical literacy skills, empower young people to explore and pursue in-demand career opportunities, and equip families with the tools to achieve long-term financial security, according to a news release.
The event also included fine dining, a live band, exclusive auction opportunities, and more. Visit ANightUnited.org for more information.
