GET to run holiday schedule on Labor Day; routes 47, 81-84 suspended

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Golden Empire Transit District will operate its fixed-route buses and GET-A-LIFT paratransit services on a holiday schedule on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

GET said routes 47, 81, 82, 83 and 84 will not operate on Sept. 7.
