TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Crews were responding to an assault that was reported early Wednesday in the Oakland neighborhood of northeast Topeka.
Police and first-responders were sent around 7:28 a.m. Wednesday to the 800 block of N.E. Arter, where the incident was reported.
