Fresno State senior defensive back Ryan Wilson was carted off with an apparent leg injury during the second quarter against USC.
Wilson appeared to go down with a no-contact injury when King Miller made a cutback,
His Fresno State teammates wished him well before he was carted off.
The extent of the injury is unknown.
After the 39-0 loss to USC, Bulldogs head coach Matt Entz wasn’t sure the extent of the injury.
“He was in the locker room with us right now and kind of had our end of game conversation. Quick coaches moment and we’ll reassess where we are with the injury, when we get better intel,” Entz said.
Wilson appeared in 11 games last season and started in seven. He had 28 tackles and 2.5 tackles for loss. He had a sack, one interception and four pass breakups.
