Week 3 proved to be a challenging stretch for the Long Beach football teams. Compton picked up a comeback win over Bishop Alemany to improve to an undefeated 3-0 record. The other local squads battled it out on the gridiron but couldn’t secure the victory. St. Anthony has a bye in Week 4 while the rest of the teams are back in action under Friday Night Lights.
