(FOX40.COM) — Officials have released the identity the victim of a fatal shooting that led to an hours-long standoff at a Rosemont home last week, and the suspect has been charged with murder.
The death of Eric David Arras, a 54-year-old from Sacramento, was labeled as a homicide by the Sacramento County Coroner, records show.

In the early hours of Sept. 3, Arras’s son asked a neighbor to call 911 because Arras’s girlfriend, later identified as 36-year-old Angela Feliciana Titman, had allegedly shot Arras. When deputies arrived, they spoke to Feliciana over a public address system. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, six people — three adults and three children — were then safely evacuated from the home.
After about three hours, law enforcement personnel entered the home and detained Titman without incident and found Arras dead in the home.
Deputies booked Titman into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of murder and assault with a deadly weapon, the sheriff’s office said Monday. She is set to appear in court Tuesday.
