CARSON CITY, Nev. (KOLO) – Two attempted murder suspects from California have been arrested in Carson City.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office says they received information that Michael Porter-Romero and Chelsie Williams from Stanislaus County, California were possibly in Carson City on Tuesday.
The CCSO says Romero and Williams were reported to have been involved in a physical altercation that led to a shooting in Oakdale, California on Sept. 6.
During the course of the investigation, police learned Williams and Romero were in Carson City. They were taken into custody in the 2700 block of South Carson Street on Wednesday.
Romero is now facing charges of:

He had his bail set at $1.35 million.

Williams had her bail set at $50,000.
