A man died Saturday night after being found with a life-threatening stab wound on the 6700 block of Stockton Boulevard in south Sacramento.
Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies responded just after 9 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office said in a post on X. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Homicide detectives were investigating the incident, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The stabbing involved only males, a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said Saturday night. One person was detained at the scene, but it was unclear whether he was involved in the stabbing.
