A $10,000 reward has been posted for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of a fatal shooting on Jan. 1, 2025.
The Bakersfield Police Department said in a news release Monday the person person sought in relation to the reward, Gurinder Singh, may be using a new identity or an ID belonging to an associate of his.
The release said Singh was allegedly involved in the shooting death of his coworker and extended family member, Jatinder Singh.
Gurinder Singh fled after the incident and has not been found, BPD said. It noted a warrant for his arrest on suspicion of murder was issued on Feb. 19, 2025.
BPD said he has tattoos including one on his right forearm that says “Dhindsa,” one on his left forearm showing a tractor-trailer and one on his upper right arm with the Khanda symbol.
